For Canadian orders there is a starting cost of $7.95 with an increase based on weight at the time of purchase and additional charges may apply (duty fees), unfortunately we have no control over these additional charges - we apologize for any inconvenience.

7. UPS 2nd Day Air (Cont. US Only) - There will be a cut-off time for new orders selecting the 2nd Day UPS Delivery. Orders placed via web or called in after 1:00pm Pacific time, unfortunately will not be processed until the following business day and then shipped out. Orders placed from 1:30pm on Fridays until 12:00am Mondays PST- unfortunately will not be processed until Mondays starting 6:00am PST throughout that day and then shipped out. All orders are subject to a possible 24 hour processing time frame before they are shipped out.

of UPS, shipping is not refundable due to weather conditions, natural
disasters, ect... *There is no movement of UPS Packages on the following holidays:
New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day
and the Day after, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Orders selected for the 2nd Day UPS Delivery- if one or more item(s) are out of stock, you will be contacted by a Customer Support Representative for notification and possible partial shipment option. If all item(s) are out of stock you will have to option to keep the 2nd Day UPS Delivery and have to order shipped out as soon as the item(s) are received back in stock- or - you will have to option to keep the order, cancel the 2nd Day UPS Delivery and have the shipping charge refunded and have the order shipped out as soon as the item(s) are received back in stock- or - you may cancel the order and be refunded in full.
2nd Day UPS Delivery is non-refundable- unless UPS does not deliver the package within the allotted two days from the date the order was shipped out, you will be required to contact our Customer Support Department within (5) business days after the delivery. All other requests for a refund on the shipping charge for 2nd Day UPS Delivery unfortunately will not be processed.
2nd Day UPS Delivery orders are required to provide a valid UPS deliverable address, issues surrounding incorrect addresses provided are not subject to a refundable shipping charge. Delays may occur if an address provided is not a deliverable UPS location. A Customer Support Representative will contact you if necessary. Please Note: UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box, be sure to provide a physical address.
If you choose the 2nd Day UPS Delivery and did not intend to choose this selection, do not submit your order. You can empty your Shopping Cart before you complete the order form and start your order over. If you find that you have completed the order and accidentally chose the 2nd Day UPS Delivery and wish to cancel that order, please call our Customer Support Department toll free at (888)-772-1361 right away to cancel that order before it is shipped out. If you chose the 2nd Day UPS Delivery by accident and you contact our Customer Support Department and find that your order has already been shipped out, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel that order or refund the shipping charges.
If item(s) are damaged upon delivery, you must contact our Customer Support Department within 48 hours Monday - Friday upon receipt to receive a replacement order shipped at the 2nd Day UPS Delivery rate free of charge. If contacted after the allotted time, unfortunately the replacement order will be shipped Priority Mail only. If you receive defective item(s) and wish to have the item(s) replaced and originally paid for 2nd Day UPS Delivery- the replacement order will be sent within our normal shipping method unless you wish to pay for the 2nd Day UPS Delivery for faster shipping.
